Bring along a notepad as Carla might offer personalized guidance, pinpointing areas for focus, recommendations, and relevant insights. Following the session, some may feel warmth or tingling, while others might notice subtle improvements without physical sensations. Allotting time for rest afterward aids in absorbing and integrating the effects. Drinking filtered or spring water post-session helps in eliminating toxins from the body. As part of the service, Carla provides a complimentary 10-minute follow-up session if necessary. However, it's essential to note that while this service complements professional care, it doesn't replace advice from licensed medical or mental health practitioners. Always consult qualified professionals for health concerns or conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise requiring the cancellation of scheduled sessions. To ensure fairness and uphold our commitment to providing optimal service to all our clients, the following policy applies: Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of 12 hours' notice for the cancellation of their first session. Notice of cancellation should be communicated via email at info@carlamarielementals.com or through our online booking system if applicable. Cancellation Fee: Failure to provide the required 12 hours' notice for the cancellation of the first session will result in a cancellation fee of $80. This fee will be charged to the client's provided payment method. Refunds: Upon cancellation within the stipulated time frame, clients are entitled to a full refund of any prepaid session fees. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Complementary Follow Up Session: For the complementary session beyond the first one, we appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations. While there is no refund issued for a complementary session that is cancelled, clients are not charged an additional cancellation fee if notice is provided within 12 hours of the scheduled session. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or unforeseen emergencies. Policy Acknowledgment: By booking a session with us, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation and refund policy.
