Service Description

INTUITIVE ENERGY SESSION Energy Healing works with the energy that moves through and around us. During a session, I connect with your energy and follow what I’m picking up as the work unfolds. Every person’s energy is different, so I approach every session differently. I may be drawn to physical, emotional, mental, or energetic areas, often moving between a combination of them. Sometimes the work is concentrated in one area. Other times, I’m guided through a broader clearing or energetic wash. Energy Healing can offer support during stress, anxiety, grief, emotional heaviness, life changes, physical challenges, or whenever you feel drawn to focused energetic care. HOW I WORK When I connect with you, I often see your energy almost like a map in front of me. I scan that map and pay attention to where I’m drawn. From there, the session takes shape. I may clear or move energy, direct concentrated energy into a particular area, or fill an area with the golden energy I often see as I work. At times, I may create what I see as a reserve of energy that remains available for you to draw from. I follow my intuition and the guidance I receive, allowing the session to unfold according to what I’m picking up. I may begin in one place and find myself led somewhere completely different. WHAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE Everyone experiences Energy Healing in their own way. You may notice warmth, tingling, movement, emotional release, relaxation, or other sensations. You may feel very little or nothing at all while I’m working, and that’s part of how differently each person experiences energy. You may also notice changes afterward or over the days that follow. I’ll share anything I feel is meaningful, including intuitive impressions or messages that come through while I’m working with your energy. OPTIONAL ONE-CARD PULL: $8 A card can bring another perspective to your Energy Healing session. It may reflect something that surfaced, draw attention to another aspect of what you’re experiencing, or offer a message to take with you afterward. I’ll choose the deck I’m drawn to, pull one card, and share what comes through and how it may connect with your session.
