An Intuitive Energy Session offers a gentle reset for your mind, body, and spirit. It is a time to step away from daily life and rest in a space created just for you. A space where you can breathe more deeply, soften into stillness, and allow your energy to realign. Energy healing works with your body’s own energy field to release blocks, ease tension, and restore flow. Carla draws on a combination of energy healing techniques, including Reiki, guided by her intuitive connection with Spirit. Each session is shaped around your needs, creating an experience that feels grounding, clarifying, and supportive. What to Expect Carla will work with your energy in an intuitive flow, encouraging release and realignment where it is needed most. You may feel warmth, tingling, waves of calm, or gentle emotional release. For others, the effects are quieter and unfold in the days after. Insights may arise during the session, pointing to areas that need care. Carla may share supportive suggestions afterward to help you continue the integration. Keeping a notepad nearby can help capture anything meaningful. This session is supportive for those navigating stress, anxiety, transitions, or the lingering effects of trauma. Many clients describe leaving with a lighter heart, a quieter mind, and a renewed sense of balance. Resting after your session and drinking water will help your body anchor the shifts. You do not need to bring anything other than yourself. Simply come as you are, whether you feel calm, scattered, or heavy with emotion. The space will meet you where you are and gently support your energy. Some clients like to create a quiet environment, light a candle, or wrap in a blanket, while others find the work just as powerful in everyday surroundings. Optional Add-On Enhance your experience with a 15 Minute Oracle Card Insight. Carla will pull one to three cards at the beginning or end of your session, depending on where she is guided. The cards often mirror the themes of your healing and provide gentle direction. This add-on is available at a special client rate of $20.
