Cancellation & Refund Policy

Carla values the time, energy, and trust you place when booking a service. These policies are in place to keep things running smoothly, respect everyone’s time, and allow Carla to provide the best care for all clients. By booking any service, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.

General Guidelines

• Notice: Unless otherwise stated for a specific service, cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance by emailing info@carlamarielementals.com or using the booking system if applicable.

• Late Notice: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $40 cancellation fee.

• Refunds: When proper notice is given, any prepaid session fees will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 2–10 business days.

• Emergencies: Carla understands that life can be unpredictable. If a medical emergency or other unforeseen situation occurs, please reach out so an effort can be made to find a fair solution.

• No‑Shows: If a client does not attend a live session without prior notice, the session is considered completed and no refund will be issued.

 

Service‑Specific Policies:

Animal Support – Remote Sessions

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a first session.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $40 cancellation fee.

• Full refunds are issued with proper notice.

 

Animal Support – On‑Site Sessions

• The same policy as Remote Sessions applies.

• Please ensure notice is provided early enough that travel has not yet begun; otherwise, the full session fee applies due to time and preparation already committed.

 

Urgent Animal Support

Urgent cases are unique and often fast‑changing:

• Remote First Sessions:
  • Cancellations with at least 3 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.
  • If an animal is located or the session is no longer needed and Carla has not yet begun the intuitive work, the session may be canceled without penalty.
  • If preparation or the session has already begun, a partial refund may be offered based on time and energy already invested.

• Remote Follow‑Up Sessions:
  • Follow‑ups offered at no additional charge may be canceled without penalty. A quick notice is appreciated.

• On‑Site Support:
  • If an animal is located or the visit is no longer needed, please provide at least 3 hours’ notice before travel begins.
  • Once travel has started or upon arrival, the full session fee applies.

 

Email Card Readings

• Once preparation has begun, all sales are final and non‑refundable.

• A cancellation or reschedule request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. After that, the reading is considered in progress and cannot be canceled or refunded.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no‑shows are subject to a $40 fee.

• If you have questions or concerns after receiving a reading, you are welcome to reach out and Carla will do her best to support you.

 

Energy Support

• Cancellations for single sessions require 24 hours’ notice or a $40 fee will apply.

• Full refunds are issued with proper notice.

• Packages:
  • A package may be canceled within 3 days of purchase for a refund minus a $15 administrative fee, provided no sessions have been used.
  • After 3 days or once a session in the package has been used, the package is non‑refundable.
  • All sessions in a package must be used within six months unless otherwise discussed.
  • Packages are non‑transferable. To gift a package, please purchase a gift card or contact Carla for assistance.

 

Psychic and Mediumship Sessions

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel.

• Cancellations with sufficient notice receive a full refund.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $40 fee.

• No‑shows for live sessions are considered completed and non‑refundable.

Grief Support and Other Signature Services

• These services follow the same policy as above: 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or a $40 fee will apply, with full refunds given when proper notice is provided.

• Exceptions may be made for emergencies — please reach out.

 

Psychic Investigative Services

• Cancellation for Missing Person Consultations:
  If you cannot attend your scheduled consultation, please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible. There is no fee for canceling a missing person consultation. Your timely update allows Carla to open this time for others who may need immediate assistance.

• Cancellation for Historical Artifacts Consultations:

  • Remote work: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee, deducted from any refund or invoiced if payment has not yet been made.

  • On‑location work: Due to the planning involved, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. If canceled after travel has been booked, any non‑refundable travel costs already incurred will be invoiced in full. In addition, a $500 cancellation fee applies for on‑location work canceled with less than 7 days’ notice.

Final Notes
